Advanced Formulation Technology
Through a specialized ratio of selected raw materials and the rational incorporation of rare-earth oxides and other elements, the catalyst coating maintains the required specific surface area and microporous structure even after enduring high-temperature thermal shocks and prolonged aging under corrosive exhaust environment. Combined with our independently developed patented technology for nano-precious metal oxides, the formulation achieves low precious metal content, high catalytic activity, and an excellent performance-to-cost ratio.

Unique Coating Process
Utilizing advanced multi-layered and zone coating technology, different functional catalyst coating materials and elements are distributed across various layers and sections of the substrates. This ensures optimal dispersion of all catalytic elements, enabling them to perform their distinct catalytic activities and functions with the highest efficiency.



Simple and unique coating process
Advanced layered segmented coating technology is applied to distribute catalyst coating materials and elements with different functions at different levels of the carrier and at the front and back segments. Various catalyst elements in the coating are most fully distributed, and various catalytic materials are utilized most efficiently and their different catalytic functions are most effectively exerted.


Scientific Production Process
We adhere to the ISO/TS 16949 quality system. Scientific and streamlined processes are the fundamental guarantee for cost control. Computerized real-time coating monitoring and machine-quantified washcoat feeding ensure strict quality control in the coating process, guaranteeing product reliability, repeatability, and reproducibility in mass production. This significantly simplifies production procedures and management processes while reducing both production and product costs.

Rigorous Test Certification
Our catalyst products have undergone 124-hour (equivalent to 200,000 kilometers) rapid aging test cycle at 1050°C and 160,000-kilometer vehicle emission test certifications at internationally and domestically authoritative testing and certification centers. The products meet both domestic and international emission standards and have already entered mass production.



Experimental verification of rigorous science
The catalyst products have undergone 120000 miles of high temperature rapid aging and vehicle emission experiments in the most authoritative experimental centers in the United States and Canada, meeting the US federal and European emission regulations. In the domestic national designated certification inspection center after 160000 kilometers vehicle durability emission test to meet the national emission standards, and has been put into mass production.
